Chronic Conditions
We treat a range of chronic conditions — from arthritis and back pain to neurological disorders — that affect movement and daily functionality. Our therapists aim to reduce discomfort, maximize movement, and improve your ability to perform daily tasks.
Postural Restoration
Postural Restoration focuses on neuromuscular re‑education and biomechanical realignment to optimize breathing, core stability, and movement patterns. Our therapists integrate PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) techniques—such as targeted rib cage positioning, diaphragm facilitation, unilateral training, and pelvic alignment—to correct asymmetries, improve postural balance, ease chronic pain, and prevent future injuries by addressing faulty movement patterns at their root.
Scoliosis Management
For clients with spinal curvature, we employ PRI principles to address the rotational asymmetries and muscular imbalances characteristic of scoliosis. Treatment is personalized and may include guided exercises to de‑rotate the rib cage, targeted breathing strategies to support spinal alignment, custom stabilization techniques, and functional corrective drills to strengthen underactive chains and inhibit overactive ones, all aimed at reducing discomfort, slowing progression of curvature, and enhancing overall postural function.
